Each president shall appoint two Supreme Court justices within two months of his or her inauguration. These are the only Supreme Court
appointments he or she may make during that presidential term. If a vacancy opens up on the court after the two appointments, the
vacancy will remain unfilled until the next presidential term.
In your essay, you must:

to independence, politicization, respect, legitimacy, etc.
