I need help solving this problem on Picoctf. The question is What happens if you have a small exponent? There is a twist though, we padded the plaintext so that (M ** e) is just barely larger than N. Let's decrypt this: ciphertext. The ciphertext is this. I tried using stack flow and the rsatool on GitHub but nothing seems to work. Do you guys have any idea of what I can do.
