It means that you shouldn't have to look for love or friends they will just come to you.

I don't really agree with it because sometimes with friends its different but with the love part i entirely agree.

A true friendship or love can't be forced. You should never have to work for it. A real friend or love will be there for you without ever asking them to be. You don't have to chase something that is given naturally and freely.
