How do you release your anger? (on a serious note)

I like to punch a pillow or listen to calming music or throw sticks/ rocks

When I'm angry I released it by crying, I know that the emotions raging inside me is uncontrollable but I must not do it in dangerous way like shouting, punching or commiting suicude.

If your angry just cry, next step is revengex after revenge is sweet ending.......;-)
