3x+1 because 3(1) is 3+1 is 4 and 3(2) is 6 and 6+1 is 7 and so one I'm not exactly sure if that's what your looking for or not??
y= 3x+4 is your answer. the number by the x represents the growth (how much is added) the the 4 is representing how many tiles are on figure 0.
